We contacted Poole’s Stone and Garden about a water runoff issue we were having, building a retaining wall and a front walk way. From our first meeting with Sharon about the design and estimate to the finished project we were extremely satisfied. Bruce, Sharon and their employees were all so pleasant to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only were all our issues resolved they were done so in a beautiful way. We look forward to working with them again in the future on another project.

Poole’s Stone and Garden did a wonderful project at our last home several years ago. As soon as we unpacked boxes in our new home, we gave them a call. As before, we LOVE the finished project. The designs perfectly fit what we were imaging and went beyond. A perfect blend of listening to the client and applying creative design.
Their stonemason’s are amazingly skilled. And quite capable of the landscaping tasks of soil improvement, planting and finishing. Delightful to work with, professional, courteous attitudes, they also leave a clean work site at the end of the day. As before, we are thoroughly satisfied, and highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with the service I was provided. I am very happy with the rock wall. The workers were very respectful of my property. They were finished when they said they would be finished. Again I am very happy with the work.

The entire Poole’s team was fantastic from design to completion of the project. They exceeded our expectations in transforming an unattractive and unusable space into a beautiful and functional one all within our budget. We will definitely use them in the future for other similar projects.

My husband and I are so pleased with the patio and front walk designed and built by Pool’s Stone and Garden. The design worked perfectly for our space, the work was done in half the time they had estimated (the weather held, for one), and, maybe best of all, they went above and beyond, by transplanting a plant that had to be uprooted, transferring existing flagstone from one place to another and salvaging unused slate by incorporating it into stone benches. The workers worked extremely hard; I never even saw them take a break. I’d highly recommend this company! 

My only complaint is that, after the beautiful weather we had when they built the patio, we couldn’t use it for at least two months because it was too cold and rainy!!

Poole’s Stone and Garden designed and installed our patio last year. They designed and installed our front walkway this year. Poole’s Stone and Garden installed a new flagstone back patio and grill station. They also removed our old front walkway and replaced it with a flagstone walk with brick border. They were very professional, and offered competitive pricing. We couldn’t be happier with our new yard!

Two years ago, we hired Poole’s Stone and Garden to build a flagstone patio in our backyard. We were so pleased with their creative design and beautiful landscaping! The patio is my “favorite place” for morning tea or to relax and read a good book!
We were so happy with their work that we recently had them back again to design a new front walkway and complete landscape renovation. The flagstone walk is bordered with brick to match our brick Georgian Colonial home. Colonial path lights and lamp post were installed to compliment the design. The quality of the hardscape and design is exceptional and we are so pleased with the creativity and beauty of the landscaping.
The owners, Bruce and Sharon Poole are very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable Their employees are extremely hardworking and their attitude is focused on pleasing their clients.

We look forward to our next project and working with them again!!!

We are so pleased with the work, and the professionalism of Poole’s Stone. Sharon came out and listened carefully to what we wanted. She sat with us and helped us design a plan that we loved, being thoughtful of our “wish list’ – to the point where her husband hand crafted a grate to match one she had drawn.

The design included two brick patios, a flagstone patio, two stone walls, a fire pit, a pergola, and flower beds.

Bruce and the other craftsmen arrived on time and completed the project exactly as planned and on time. Everything looks awesome – we are very happy with the design and work and highly recommend Poole’s. In fact, we are in the process of doing another project with them.
